Pekanbaru, June 2026 – Universitas Riau is once again organizing the Student Entrepreneur Competition (KMP) 2026 as part of its commitment to fostering innovative, creative, and competitive young entrepreneurs. The program provides opportunities for students to develop business ideas as well as existing ventures through a team-based competition system.
The competition is open to Universitas Riau students from the 2024 and 2025 cohorts. Each team may submit a business proposal emphasizing uniqueness, innovation, and research downstreaming with the potential to be developed into sustainable and economically valuable business ventures.
Through this program, each team has the opportunity to receive funding of up to IDR 10 million to support the implementation and development of their proposed business. Participants will also receive guidance and mentoring in proposal preparation and business development to strengthen the quality and feasibility of their ideas.
Proposal submission is open until June 30, 2026. Students are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to develop their entrepreneurial skills, enhance creativity, and create innovations that contribute positively to society and the business sector.
