Siak, June 15, 2026 – The Community Service Team of the Department of Economics, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Riau, conducted a community outreach program on Digital Economy in Tualang Village, Siak Regency, Riau Province. This activity reflects the university's commitment to implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education through community empowerment and the strengthening of technology-based economic capacity.
The outreach program was carried out by the Community Service Team of the Department of Economics, FEB Universitas Riau, consisting of:

During the activity, participants were introduced to the importance of adapting to digital developments, particularly in utilizing digital media for business activities, product promotion, marketing, and exploring economic opportunities in the era of digital transformation.
Through this program, the community is expected to optimize the use of technology to improve productivity and enhance business competitiveness. In line with the theme, “Together with Tualang: Fostering Innovation and Economic Independence,” this activity represents a collaborative effort between the university and the community to encourage sustainable economic innovation and contribute to improving public welfare.
