Tembilahan Hulu, May 14–16, 2026 – Rahmita Budiartiningsih, S.E., M.Hum., a lecturer of the Development Economics Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Riau, served as a speaker in the socialization of the Draft Regional Regulation (Ranperda) on Family Resilience Empowerment held in Parit 17, Tembilahan Hulu District, Indragiri Hilir Regency.
The socialization activity, which took place from May 14 to 16, 2026, was part of the agenda of Dra. Septina Primawati, M.M., a member of the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of Riau Province representing the Indragiri Hilir Electoral District. The activity aimed to provide the community with a better understanding of the importance of family resilience as a foundation for building quality, harmonious, and prosperous families.
During her presentation, Rahmita Budiartiningsih explained various aspects of the Draft Regional Regulation on Family Resilience Empowerment, including the role of families in social and economic development and the importance of synergy between the government and the community in strengthening family resilience. Through this socialization program, the public is expected to gain a comprehensive understanding of the draft regulation and actively participate in supporting the realization of resilient and empowered families in Indragiri Hilir Regency.
