The PKKM EP UNRI Series 2 Teaching Practitioner Program in Natural Resources and Environmental Economics featured practitioners from the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN). The event was held on Wednesday, September 25, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM WIB, at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) UNRI Yudisium, Panam, Pekanbaru. This event was part of the commitment to strengthening practice-based learning and research in supporting sustainable economic development.
The speaker was Dr. Agr. Didit Okta Pribadi, M.Si., Coordinator of the Behavioral and Circular Economics Research Group at the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN), who presented material related to the behavioral economics approach and the circular economy concept in natural resource and environmental management. The presentation was complemented by an interactive discussion that provided a comprehensive understanding of the integration of environmental aspects into development policies and planning.
Through this activity, students are expected to broaden their analytical perspectives and improve their ability to formulate research-based solutions to address sustainability challenges. This synergy between academics and national research practitioners is also expected to foster innovation and strengthen the quality of learning and research within the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Riau.
