The University of Riau through Circular Letter Number 5963/UN19/KP.00.00/2026 dated February 25, 2026 regulates the implementation of flexible work arrangements for ASN.
Holiday and Joint Leave Schedule:

FWA Schedule:
2 working days before Nyepi holiday: Monday-Tuesday, March 16-17, 2026

FWA Provisions:
Work from Home (WFH) and Work from Office (WFO) scheme with 50:50 ratio
Minimum 50% of education staff work at the office each day
List of ASN education staff on FWA to be sent to kepegawaian@staff.unri.ac.id no later than March 12, 2026
Mandatory digital attendance recording via attendance application
Education staff must fill daily log in Logbook application
Mobile phone number must be active for communication with superiors
