Objectives and Targets of the Development Economics Study Program
A. Objectives
- To develop an adaptive and responsive curriculum.
- To improve the quality of learning facilities and infrastructure.
- To enhance the educational qualifications and academic ranks of faculty members.
- To improve the academic atmosphere for faculty members and students.
- To build and strengthen partnerships with stakeholders and the business and industrial sectors (DUDI).
- To increase the motivation and sense of academic and social responsibility of students.
B. Targets
- To establish a curriculum for the Undergraduate Development Economics Program that enhances graduate quality, aligned with societal and environmental advancements in Southeast Asia.
- To create a conducive teaching and learning process, supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure.
- An increase in the ratio of faculty members with doctoral-level (Ph.D.) education.
- An increase in the ratio of faculty members with the academic ranks of Associate Professor (Lektor Kepala) and Professor (Guru Besar).
- An increase in faculty and student activities oriented toward academic pursuits.
- To establish broader and sustainable collaboration with stakeholders and the business and industrial sectors (DUDI).
- An increase in the academic achievement and competence of graduates.
- An increase in the awareness and social responsibility of students and graduates toward the social environment.
